A little about me...

I have been around the gym and weight room since high school, from garages to Globo gyms. I have been teaching group fitness for 9 years. I was a personal trainer from 2007-2012. I was introduced to CrossFit, like many, through the games. I just dabbled with it for about a month, and then I “drank the kool-aid” with the OG’s!

 

I enjoy coaching more than anything else in CrossFit.

From helping athletes accomplish things they did not think possible, to seeing the look on someone's face when they hit a PR on a lift or get their first handstand or kipping pull up. I have had a front row seat as a group of athletes came together to form a CrossFit community that continues to grow. The support and encouragement CrossFit athletes give to each other and to the community as a whole is something special and unique. These are just some of the rewards I receive from my involvement with CrossFit. And these are the things which give me a greater sense of accomplishment, than anything I have ever experienced in the fitness industry.

Mon: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 4:30pm, 6:00pm
Tues: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 4:30pm, 6:00pm
Wed: Open Gym @ 5:00-6:30am
Thur: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 4:30pm, 6:00pm
Fri: Regular Class @ 5:00am, 4:30pm
Sat: Regular Class @ 7:00am
Sun: No Class
