The community. Everyone suffers through the workout together...

and everyone encourages and celebrates together. It is amazing. Also there is always something to work on in CrossFit from a new skill to trying to get stronger in a lift or work on technique. If you do CrossFit you never get bored.

A little about me...

I have been involved in fitness since I started college in 2004. I have tried it all running half marathons, weightlifting, and group fitness gym classes. I was always left wanting more from a workout routine, until I found CrossFit.
